Terms and Conditions for Ads Cracker

By downloading, accessing, or using the Ads Cracker mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue the use of the application immediately.

Account Registration and Security

To utilize the features of Ads Cracker, you are required to create a user account.

Required Information: You must provide accurate and current information during registration, specifically your email address, mobile number, and a secure password.
Account Responsibility: You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Eligibility: You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to register and participate in any financial transactions or earning programs within the app.

Data Privacy and User Rights

We are committed to protecting the information you share with us while ensuring you maintain control over your personal data.

Information Collection: We collect your email ID, mobile number, and password solely for account authentication, security validation, and payment processing.
Data Deletion: You retain full rights to your data. Ads Cracker provides a dedicated option within the app settings allowing you to permanently delete your account and all associated personal details from our servers at any time.
Data Usage: Your personal identification details will not be sold to third parties. Anonymized usage metrics may be utilized to optimize the delivery of advertisements.

Advertisements, Earnings, and Withdrawals

Ads Cracker operates as an ad-supported platform where users interact with promotional content.

Ad Display: The application will display various forms of advertisements. By using the app, you consent to the placement, display, and viewing of these ads.
Earnings and Withdrawals: Users may accumulate balances through specific app activities. Ads Cracker provides a withdrawal feature allowing you to transfer eligible balances to your designated bank or digital wallet accounts.
Fees and Payments: Certain premium features or specific withdrawal transactions incur a minimum processing fee. All applicable fees will be explicitly displayed to you prior to confirming any transaction or withdrawal request.

Prohibited Conduct and Termination

To maintain a fair ecosystem for all users and advertising partners, strict compliance with our community guidelines is required.

Prohibited Activities: Users must not employ bots, emulators, automated scripts, or ad-blockers to artificially manipulate ad views, earnings, or app functionality.
Account Suspension: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be engaging in fraudulent activity, violating these terms, or attempting to exploit the platform's financial and withdrawal systems.

Lucky Draw – Terms & Conditions

The rules and criteria governing participation, winner selection, prizes, and refunds in the Ads Cracker Lucky Draw program are specified below:

  1. 1. Participation: Participation in the Lucky Draw is subject to the eligibility criteria announced by the company.
  2. 2. Valid Entry: Only successfully registered and verified entries will be considered for the Lucky Draw.
  3. 3. Accurate Information: Participants must provide genuine and valid information. Any false or misleading information may result in cancellation of the entry.
  4. 4. Draw Process: The winner will be chosen randomly through a transparent and unbiased selection process.
  5. 5. Prize Claim: The selected winner must claim the prize within the time period communicated by the company.
  6. 6. No Transfer: The prize cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless specifically approved by the company.
  7. 7. Verification: The company may request valid identification or other necessary documents before handing over the prize.
  8. Final Decision: The company reserves the right to disqualify entries that violate these terms and to take the final decision regarding the Lucky Draw.
  9. 8. Non-Selected Participant Refund Policy: For those whose names are not selected in the lucky draw, the registration amount—after deducting ₹100—will be refunded via UPI within 180 days from the date of the draw.
